            الماضي البسيط  Simple past

 Yesturdayالبارحة .lastماضي(hour,week,month,year...):دلالاته 

Century قرن. Agoمنذ.sinceمنذ.

a)   Regular verbs الافعال المنتظمة : Verb+ed/ied

Eg: visit-visited/ Studied-  study

b)  Irregular verbs الافعال الشاذة : Changedمتغيرة وتحفظ

Eg :   to be   -   was/were / To have   -     had

Forms of the simple past

simple past	Forms
Did+subject +verb(stem) +the rest+? Eg:Didyou go to your grandma  last week ?	Interrogative form
Subject+v in past(reg/irre)+the rest +. Eg : Yes,I did  /I went to my grandma last week	Affirmative form
Subject +did+not +verb(stem)+rest. Eg : I did not /I did'nt go to my grandma last week.	Negative form

Past perfectالماضي التام

تعريفه:وهو زمن في اللغة الإنجليزية  يعبر عن حدثين  انتهوا  في الماضي  يكون الحدث الأول في الماضي التامPast perfect والحدث الثاني في الماضي البسيط  Past simple

Eg :Ihad brushed my teeth before I went to bed

لقد فرشت اسناني قبل ان انام .

تصريفه :Had +Past participle

اشكاله  :

past perfect	Forms
Had +S +PP+O+ ? Eg:Had she finished her homework?	Interrogative form
Subject+had +pp+therest +. Eg : Yes,she had  / She had finished her homework.	Affirmative form
Subject +had+not +pp+therest. Eg :She had not finished her homework.	Negativeform

رانيا زارت عماتها قبل ذهابها الى الو. م.أ

أمير لم يذهب إلى المنزل بعد خروجه من المدرسة.

3)   By the time I( to arrive) …………..at the party, they had already (to eat)…………….. all the food.

عندما وصلت إلى الحفلة، كانوا قد أكلو كل الطعام.

الماضي المستمر Past continous

وهو زمن في اللغة الانجليزية يعبر عن  حدث كان مستمرا في فترة زمنية ماضية وغالبا يستخدم للتعبير عن حدثين في نفس الوقت في الماضي مع استعمال while(بينما)اوwhenعندما .

تصريفه:     Had +V+ing

اشكاله:

Past continous	Forms
What +Was/were +S+v+ing+the rest ? Eg:What were you doing last summer ?	Interrogative form
Subject+were/was+ving +the rest +. Eg : I was working on my project.	Affirmative form
Subject +was/were + not +V+ing +the rest. Eg :I was not doing my homeworks last week.	Negative form

لم يكن يعمل متاخرا في الليلة الماضية

 

 

The Past perfect continous الماضي التام المستمر

 

   تعريفه : وهو زمن يعبر عن حدث في الماضي كان مستمرا .

تصريفه : Had +been +Ving

تشكيله :

The Past continous perfect	Forms
Had+S +been+V+ing+the rest ? Eg:Had they been playing soccer	Interrogative form
Subject+had+been +Ving +the rest +. Eg : yes ,they had They had been playing soccer .	Affirmative form
Subject +had+not+been   +V+ing +the rest. Eg :I had not been playing soccer  .	Negative form
